With a passion for hair and beauty that began in 1984, I've dedicated my career to helping clients look and feel their very best. In 1994, I brought my vision to life by opening House of Hair Images - a welcoming space that has grown into a thriving business, thanks to decades of experience, creativity, and genuine care.
As a mother of three and grandmother of three, I understand the importance of balance, confidence, and self-care. My approach goes beyond styling - I look beneath the surface to help clients uncover the root causes of their hair concerns, offering personalized guidance that's extends beyond the salon chair.
For over 30 years I've been deeply involved in the Waterdown community and take great pride in serving my friends and neighbours. Client satisfaction is at the heart of everything I do and I'm constantly updating my education to stay at the forefront of the ever-evolving hair industry. My goal is simple: ensure every client leaves feeling beautiful, confident, and care for inside and out!
Marilyn Mendosa- Aesthetician & Hairstylist
My passion for the beauty industry began early. Growing up in Cuba, I would always practice my skills on my family. After relocating to Canada, I pursued my education at Marca College, completing programs in both Hair and Aesthetics in 2010.
I take great joy in working across these disciplines and have had the pleasure of meeting many wonderful clients. Ensuring that my clients feel amazing and satisfied with their services- whether it's hair colour, nail care, radiant skin, or exfoliated scalp- its all my top priority.
Sarah Warren- Hairstylist
Hi, I'm Sarah Warren and I've been passionate about hairstyling for as long as I can remember. With over 15 years in the industry, I've built my career around helping clients look and feel their absolute best. As a busy mom of three boys, I understand how important it is to take time for yourself and I love creating that special experience for each person who sits in my chair.
I specialize in precision cutting and beautiful highlights, and truly enjoy meeting new people, connecting through great conversation, and helping them leave feeling confident and amazing.
Amanda Calhoun- Aesthetician
I am a licensed aesthetician with over 20 years experience in the beauty and skincare industry.
Since the beginning of my career in 2003, I have been dedicated to providing high quality, personalized care to each of my clients.
My services include manicures, pedicures, and customized facials to individual skin needs.
I specialize in sugaring hair removal, a gentle and natural method of hair removal that is especially suitable for sensitive skin.
Currently, I am furthering my education by completing a diploma in Advanced Medical Aesthetic which includes training in advanced skincare technologies, cosmetic procedures, and skin health. I am also pursuing a certificate as a skin care specialist to deepen my expertise in skin analysis, treatment planning, and product knowledge.
